What is the Mind Burrow?

How often have you been in a discussion with someone or at a lengthy meeting and either accused someone, or been accused yourself of "going down the rabbit hole"? Most of you may know that the idiom originates from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. According to Medium.com, "In the story, Alice literally falls down the hole of the White Rabbit, taking her to Wonderland. In this case, falling down the rabbit hole meant entering a strange and absurd alternate universe, which many believe was supposed to represent a psychedelic experience."

At MindBurrow, we're not advocating (or unadvocating) for the "psychedelic experience", but we felt like taking a twist on the idea of going down the rabbit hole, and landed on the Mind Burrow.

The work in cognitive science and neuro-related sciences has increased significantly over the last decade and a half. The brain is truly the last fronteir and contains many avenues and openings for research. That being said, there is ample opportunity to leverage experts, enthusiasts, or just good humans who are passionate about science, learning, quirky things, and the like and are wanting to chase that thread and pull it into the mental spaces, deep into the rabbit hole. Hence - MindBurrow.

We encourage depth in thought, hard questions, and thoughtful and provocative solutions to problems - old and new.

So welcome to the MindBurrow. Let us know what you are passionate about.
